Biography:
Andres Copeland’s international aesthetic approach and life-long passion for hairstyling both men and women has made him one of Los Angeles’ most gifted hair stylists, garnering notoriety within the fashion and entertainment industries. Andres’ breadth of experience extends to editorials, film, award ceremonies and fashion weeks, and includes collaborations with many of the industry’s prominent talents such as Orlando Pita, Duffy, Tina Outen, Sam McKnight, Guido and Odile Gilbert.
Considered a master of texture, Andres’ talent is distinct in its creativity and ability to manipulate and tame hair of all types as well as bring any hair vision to life. Andres’ years of international and national experience across the fashion and entertainment industries allow him to masterfully execute on seemingly impossible hair concepts. He approaches all projects with a high-level of energy, focus, vested interest and integrity.
Andres’ work with high-profile celebrities includes Alton Mason, Damson Idris, Dominique Tipper and Moses Sumney. Clients include Absolut, Netflix and Nike. Prominent photographers include Atiba Jefferson, Gary Askew II, Marcus Cooper, Nick Knight, Terrence Blakey and Vanessa Beecroft.
Some of Andres’ most notable accolades include working for Tom Ford, Dolce Gabbana, Carolina Herrera, Derek Lam, Yeezy and Chanel during fashion week seasons 15 through 20 in London, Milan, Paris, and New York. Most recently, Andres’ worked for Reese Cooper’s Pyrophyte Paris Fashion Week Autumn/Winter 2021 runway show as Lead Hairstylist.
