Michael began his career as an illustrator in his hometown of Chicago. He eventually migrated to Los Angeles to create images for the movie industry. As the business went digital, Michael replaced his air bush and paints with a camera and Photoshop. He was soon offered projects where he could blend photography with his highly developed digital illustration skills. Michael has shot numerous magazine covers and advertising campaigns since.
